Homoxenous or at least without asexual multiplication in nondefinitive host; merogony within host, sporogony typically outside host. Microgametes with two or three flagella; without metrocytes. ...In feces of salamander Taricha (=Triturus) torosa (Salamandridae) from North America (Califonia)" (Levine, 1980).
